Dirt and the Vert September 19th, 2016

Ultra Runner Debbie Farka at the start of the 2016 IMTUF 100 mile trail race. Some seriously gutsy performances this past weekend. TrailManners very own Debbie Farka overcame persistent rain, fog and cold temps at the IMTUF 100 miler to cut off almost 4 hours of her finish time compared to last year. This is super impressive considering mother nature tested all the runners and the course ran in the harder direction this year. Congrats Debbie, you are an inspiration to us all!One of the stealthy Apostles of Vert, Harrison Fluman, overcame a night of puking for a solid 30 hour finish. Congrats Harry! At Run Rabbit Run, our good friend, Jon Stuart, ran a smart and fast race for a finish time of 27:59. Congrats Jon on a fantastic race and for getting that Hardrock 100 qualifier!Tomorrow' podcast we interview Conor Wright. Conor is the store manager at the Amer Sports Factory Outlet Store here in Ogden Utah. They are having a HUGE blowout sale this weekend. This is the perfect time to stock up on summer running gear or find that perfect ski jacket for this winter. In addition to Conor, we also talk with Josh Korn and Mike Ambrose of Salomon Running. These two fast dudes tell us what it's like to be apart of one of the best trail running teams in the world.Suunto Ambit3 Vertical watchWe will be giving away a Suunto Ambit3 Vertical. Listent to the show on Tuesday and then go to the show post on TrailManners.com and leave us a comment to be entered into the drawing.
